Price: €2.100. 00 (€ 2.100 for 3 people, € 2.400 for 4 people, 2.600 for 5 people) + €150 (for condominium fees, waste tax, Wi-Fi, and boiler maintenance fee) + additional utility costs for water, electricity, and gas, with a monthly advance payment of €150 to be adjusted based on meter readings at the beginning and end of the stay.
