• €280.00 (VAT included): final cleaning

Bed linen is not included.

(*) Please note that the “monthly rent” includes a 5% fee plus VAT due by the tenant for booking management and administrative services related to the stay. This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and deducted from the rent amount indicated in the rental contract.
