Inside you will also find amenities such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi, ideal for those who need to work or stay connected during their stay, and independent heating/air conditioning, to ensure a comfortable stay all year round.

The property is located on a street running through the city centre. This district is full of craft workshops, small shops, typical restaurants and Florentine-style flats. It is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), which combines the authenticity of local life with the convenience of being within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, such as the San Lorenzo Market or the Accademia Gallery.

We kindly inform you that for stays over 30 nights, Guests are required to have the Tax ID Code (Codice Fiscale) for the proper contract registration purposes.

It is therefore mandatory to obtain and provide us the Tax ID Code no later than the check-in date.

The costs for utilities (water, electricity, gas, waste tax and condominium) are the responsibility of the tenant for the period of stay.

Contract registration fees:

Registration Tax Agency service: 25 Euro

Damage deposit for the apartment: Euro 1.000

The amount is to be refunded after 30 working days, if all utilities are fully paid and no damage is found by our Staff.
