A deposit of € 1200.00 is required, it will be returned at the end of the lease and not chargeable in rent account.

To be paid in the following manner, at the choice of the tenant:

1)by bank transfer directly to the owner’s bank account, 5 days before check in (the day of check in must be shown on the bank account)

2)by cash on the day of check in (less preferable option). The contract makes it quietance.

Please note that without a deposit it will not be possible to check in the day of arrival at the house.

E' previsto un deposito cauzionale pari a €1200,00, il quale verrà restituito a fine locazione e non imputabile in conto pigioni.

Da versare secondo le seguenti modalità, a scelta dell'inquilino:

1)con bonifico bancario direttamente sul conto corrente del proprietario, 5 giorni prima del check in (il giorno del check in il deposito deve risultare sul conto corrente)

2)a mezzo contanti il giorno del check in (opzione meno preferibile). Il contratto ne fa quietanza.

Si precisa che senza deposito cauzionale non sarà possibile effettuare il check in il giorno di arrivo in casa.
