The apartment has been recently Renewed and it is Totally Furnished in a Modern Minimalistic Style. It is made up of:

Living Relax Entry Hall with TV, a big Kitchen with Terrace, 2 Single Rooms and a Double Room with Terrace, 1 Toilet Room with bathtub.

The apartment is In Via Murri, right behind the main Squares, precisely behind Piazzale Candiani, a few steps away from the famous Bar Verdi. In the neighbourhood you can find anything you need: the Supermarket Alì is a few minutes away, but in the area there are also restaurants, pubs, stores and a cinema.

It is settled in a Central area, that can be reached also by bus as the bus stop is in Via Circonvallazione, very close to Via Murri.

ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA,

which includes:

-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)

- All the expenses for the condominium

- Internet Wi-Fi

- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works

- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

You will also have a CHAT GROUP of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with us.

We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract

✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract

✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
